The challenge

Deploy pipelines often fail late and loudly: a missing environment variable, a migration that locks a table, a bundle that doubled in size.

What I built

A single binary that runs a configurable list of checks — linting, tests, migration dry-runs, bundle size budgets, secret scanning — and prints one readable summary.

Under the hood

Go for a fast, dependency-free binary, parallel checks with clear time-outs, and a ready-made GitHub Action and Docker image.

The result

Problems show up minutes before a deploy instead of minutes after it.
