The challenge
Independent language and music teachers were juggling messaging apps, calendars and bank transfers to run their classes. Double bookings and no-shows were costing them real money.
What I built
A booking platform where each teacher gets a public page, a weekly availability grid, paid bookings with automatic reminders and a simple dashboard for students, packages and earnings.
Under the hood
Laravel with queues and scheduled jobs, a Vue front end, time-zone-aware scheduling, Stripe Connect payouts and a fully right-to-left layout for Persian and Arabic-speaking teachers.
The result
Teachers set up their page in under ten minutes, reminders cut no-shows noticeably, and payments arrive without chasing anyone.
